ACI Terms of Sale

1. AGREEMENT:

The provisions of the front hereof and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between customer and Accurate Calibration Industrials. Different. Additional or inconsistent language, terms or conditions in customer’s order or any other communication, and any purported modification or revision of the agreement, whether written of oral, shall be of no effect unless expressly agreed in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Accurate Calibration Industrials.

2. COLLECTION COSTS:

Customer agrees to pay seller all collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs and other costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs and other costs involved in the collection of past due accounts.

3. PAYMENT TERMS:

For customers with established credit, terms will be net 30 days from day of billing. If credit is not established, customer will pay COD at time parts are delivered or service rendered. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, customer will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Credit is revocable at any time at the option of management or the credit department at Accurate Calibration Industrials.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment. All orders accepted and all agreements are subject to delay occasioned by accidents, strikes, fires and causes beyond our control. Our responsibility ceases when goods have been delivered to carrier.
